I am sorry to bother the list with this, but I was hoping someone could help me. I changed the passphrase on my main e-gold account recently, and forgot enough of it to run out of guesses before my account was locked due to too many invalid logins. I emailed the [EMAIL PROTECTED] address from 3 different e-mail addresses, and have not gotten a reply yet (after what has now been three or four days [since the first of these]). I called support and no one was there to answer my call. I emailed both [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] and neither one of them has written me back. Now, for some reason, my account has gone past "locked" and now I just get a "The e-gold system is unable to process your request at this time, please try again in a few minutes." screen whenever I try to login....
