Well, apparantly my certified letter threatening legal action was received by Omnipay on friday, and they got to the bottom of the mess the same day. It just proves that they can resolve the issues when they want to. HOwever, I found out form this incident that there was a problem with the bank we sent the wire through, which is what created the mess in the first place. We told te bnak to send a specific amount via wire and subtract the fees from our account. We have a confirmation from our bank showing that all was fine, but when it got to Omnipay's end, the wire was $20.00 short and the eogld account nubmer and batch nubmer were nowhere to be found. This depsite the fact that our bank gave correct istructions to their correspondent bank for the wire. So, if you have a problem with a wire, it might not even be YOUR bank that has the problem, it might be the intermediary bank that didsloppy or incomplete work. Naturally, this could have been resolved in days rather than weeks if Omnipay would only answer their email, but this shows just how bad the banking system works. It's a miracle that wires get through at all. John !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
