[e-gold-list] Please help

Over the weekend I sent for a check FEDEX and a bank wire.

The check arrived Tuesday but here it is Thursday and the bank wired money
to my bank is STILL not in my account!!

What do I do?  To whom, exactly (email address or phone number) should I
address this problem?
