Something a bit more practical ... (than a dinner for hundreds of dollars!) I have a four bedroom brick veneer house walking distance from a bayside beach at Clifton Springs across the bay from Melbourne. If you walk* down to the beach ** you can see the Melbourne CBD. It is also walking and cycling distance from many hobby farms where one may agist (keep) a horse, from state and private primary and secondary schools, from local shops, and across the road from a playground, infant welfare center and kindergarten. It is halfway along the Bellarine Peninsula, and only 15 to 30 minutes commute from anywhere in Geelong, plus one hour for Melbourne CBD. The surf coast (Torquay, Bells Beach, ...) is south of Geelong, add ten minutes, but Ocean Grove is on the peninsula (on the surf side) and is only fifteen minutes away. What would you pay for this? Well with the Aussie dollar as it is, you could have it for the equivalent of USD$70,000. (e-Gold gladly accepted.) It is currently rented out as I hadn't made serious plans to sell it, but if you have this much e-Gold burning a hole in your pocket we may have something to talk about. Regards, Ian Green e-Gold #107242 * (Come to think of it, you will also see it if you drive, ride or cycle there too ... unless it's raining!) ** Well mostly from the clifftop overlooking the boat ramp. --- You are currently subscribed to e-gold-list as: archive@jab.org To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
