vc is correct. andrew, you can spend exactly 0.000010 ounces
or greater of an e-metal - you must have picked some other unit
to denominate your spend in that converted to slightly less than
0.000010 ounces yet rounded up to that number for purposes of
displaying to 6 decimal places. but i do agree - in that particular
special case the preview message turns out to be confusing.
