> Maybe thousands of HYIP businesses?
HYIPs aren't businesses.
> It should attract real businesses, instead of scams
> and porn sites!
The legal adult industry is a very real, and very thriving, business.
However, I don't know of any porn sites that accept e-gold.
> How does that go along with the E-Dinar morals, anyway?
> Are they endorsing porn and scam as well,
Again, I must say (I'm beginning to sound like a broken record) that there
is a dramatic difference between what independent individuals do with a
currency and what the currency issuer promotes, endorses, allows, etc...
How many people do not use the US dollar because 98% of the paper bills
have trace amounts of cocaine due to them being used extensively in drug
trafficking? Do christian churches endorse pre-teen prostitution if they
accept money that several weeks, and countless transactions, back was used
to pay for a 12 year old girl's 'services'?

The following article was written by the CEO of Standard Reserve, Loryn
Jenkins, several months ago.
http://www.goldeconomy.com/paypalnotgold.htm
In it he states that the total capital investment of The Gold Economy is
$3 million, of which $100,000 was spent, over 4 years, towards customer
acquisition. This is opposed to PayPal's $200 million capital investment
with $30 million spent, over 10 months, on customer acquisition. PayPal
bought customers at a rate of $10 a piece (5 to new customer & 5 to
referrer). e-gold obtained customers through trust in the system. PayPal
is having to recoup the losses of purchasing customers. e-gold is reaping
the rewards that occur when a customer base is built out of trust. Thus
PayPal is in the red, and e-gold is in the black. e-gold is also in the
black because, as a matter of priniciple, it has *no* liabilites. That is
not priviledged 'family' knowledge; it is plainly stated on their site.
> If it were not for people like you and Viking Coder,
> e-gold, G&SR and whatever else they call themselves
Huh? Just a moment ago you said "Are you confusing e-gold with G&SR,
again?"
> would not have many friends vocalizing as if they were
> an authority and on the inside!
So your logic is that if they didn't have supporters then they wouldn't
have supporters?
> How can you speak with soooo much authority, if you
> are not part of their family?
Because the questions being asked do not require a priviledged perspective
to see authoritative answers to.
Ask me what e-gold's business plan for the next year is. I don't know, and
couldn't even guess.
Ask me what e-gold's internal security procedures are. I don't know, and
couldn't even guess.
Ask me if e-gold supports HYIPs. I can provide a very definite,
authoritative answer of 'No'.
