Hi all. Due to popular demand, I've relaxed list posting rules to "3" from "2". Thanks for all the feedback (and please keep it coming). I really hope that these new rules lead to more-thoughtful (albeit perhaps less-frequent) postings, and I'm going to abide by my own limits of course, so I'll address a few subjects in a single message. I think this ecoin thing is _VERY_ cool! http://www.ecoin.net/ is the URL, if anyone didn't already guess from Hank's post. http://www.ecoin.net/what.htm has a "what is ecoin" introduction. I've long-admired the DO-ers behind this project, and it's people like that -- quietly working on cool stuff that involves e-gold -- that make this job fun for me. They deserve to be Slashdotted for this very nice job, IMO. ;^) http://www.free-market.net/forums/e-gold0009/ has my personal opinion on the initial resolution of the Parker Bradley s#!tstorm, for those who care (and there's no meany-moderator limit on posting there). Luckily for me, I have a variety of means of stress-relief available, so I don't think about it too much. Finally (and thankfully) it looks like http://www.boycottadobe.com/ won before they needed an e-gold tipjar (though they and all charity-sites still need one!). It's still a good idea to click some gold to EFF, JPFO, and all the other early- adopter charities you like that take e-gold, activism takes forever. Thanks. JMR (PS. My money's on Viking to grab Jay's coin!) --- You are currently subscribed to e-gold-list as: archive@jab.org To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
