Civilians are only allowed to own pre-86 automatics, and the title goes with 
them.  There are no more being made.

They weigh something like a 1/4oz and are worth $5k.

However, rare earth metals (transuranic) are worth more; berkeleyium or 
something is like $150k/microgram.
