I have had repeated problems getting into hushmail of late. I also, 4- 5 days ago, paid for a premier hushmail account with e-gold. I now think that was a bad move. Despite repeated emails regarding the delivery of their promised product I have had no response from hushmail and do NOT have the promised premier service. Are hushmail going down the tubes? have I lost my gold? 50% of the time one cannot log in and when you can it is dreadfully slow. My personal viewpoint right now is to BEWARE of hushmail and I will not be recommending it any more to clients as I have done until I can see a productive change in their service levels and delivery of product.
