Have not been able to access the various eCTA "beta" pages since they were first announced a while ago -- the browser just keeps looking and looking and eventually gives up, saying the server is down, busy, or simply did not reply. Sometimes I even get the message that it's not a valid domain name. Perhaps eCTA should host elsewhere.
