[which made lots of promises they couldn't keep, and have now lost everything to the SEC on appeal from the original court case, in which they won.] If the disclaimers are still there, then I'd consider this game an honest one, since they now know how to crash their market without promising everyone they'll become "rich -- guaranteed!"
