1. PayMer.com - digital money order system. Every owner of assets in the WebMoney and other system can now issue a digital negotiable instrument -PAYMER (stands for PAYment ordER), backed by reserves in digital currencies (e-gold is coming soon too). Orders can be: a.) Exchanged to another orders with the same face value (FREE); b.) Split into required number of orders with face-value as low as $0.01 (FREE); c.) Redeemed to an account in Digital Currency system, where the reserves of PAYMER is held. PAYMERs can be used for your financial transactions even if you are not a user of any Digital Currency system. Anyone with internet computer can now use PAYMER. PAYMER is just a set of two numbers similar to that on a prepaid card. You can think of PAYMER as an ordinary money order or as a prepaid card issued by you in a simple real-time procedure. PAYMER can be easily and securely exchanged on site PAYMER.com to another PAYMER or a set of PAYMERS with desirable face-values or redeemed. You can print out PAYMER and hand it to another person/merchant and he can momentarily check its value using an internet computer and change the codes. This exchange operation protects new holder of PAYMER from doublespending, because the face value of received PAYMER is assigned to new one, old one becomes null and void. Merchant can keep new PAYMER or exchange it instantly to Digital Currency in corresponding System (redeem). PAYMERS can be transmitted by e-mail, telephone, or any instant messaging system; Of course it would be wise to do it in the separate messages for Number and Code (two requisites of PAYMER). Two different channels of communication are preferable, - for instance, you can e-mail the Code to recipient and read him the Number on the phone, no one possessing a single part of PAYMER will be able to redeem or exchange it.
