DGC's don't seem to be promoting the idea that they can make it a lot safer for teenagers to participate on the net. (although I have not been reading propaganda lately).
A service that allows the under 18 crowd to get paid and sends a Barns & Noble or Amazon gift certificate might be nice. In working with some companies -- they really don't want to pay 'kids' money -- but gift / book certificates are okay.
