www.goldchanger.com now no longer answers my emails. They currently owe me $597.00 for 3 money orders, the 1st of which was mailed to them over 25 days ago. The last I heard from them was 8 days ago by email, saying that they received my funds and will fund my account "asap".
Their website says "We are experiencing a delay in funding orders.", but they have had my money for over 25 days, and do not respond to emails! I understand that John of Goldchanger has been around for a long time, and that he has had long delays in customer service in the past. I am also quite concerned - worried is a better word. I told him that unless he responded I would post messages on boards, detailing the problem, but still, no response.
