JP, I conceded the point the last message! I never read that balance sheet to indicate that they were referring to ALL e-metal in circulation. I thought they were referring only to the e-metal in ciruclation which was a LIABILITY of E-Gold LTD. I see now, how it's unclear. I had assumed, (quite naturally, I believe), that there ARE e-gold accounts which are not listed as liabilities of E-Gold LTD. These accounts would be assets of E-Gold LTD. However, these accounts could not be listed in the Asset Column separately from that which is included in the Trust.
