This is incorrect for internet banking... not sure about BPay. 3 times since providing exchange services I have had situations... once I paid the wrong person, and twice I had fraudulent payments made to me via internet banking... in Aus and NZ. On none of these occasions was there any suggestion of reversing the payments without the payee's consent. In fact I still have the 2 fraudulent payments because I had already paid the gold... the bank took the rap.
