One of the OSGold "recovery" type groups have decided that the market
makers were in duplicity with Reed/OSGold/OsOpps/Johnson. As a result,
some of the market makers were served with legal papers, and now we have
to legally defend ourselves against some of these crazy fanciful claims.
We need cash to pay legals, and I'm asking for your donations to help
defray costs.
And, yet, somehow, the customer should be the one to choose what products you sell? Huh. And when you get sued, you need cash to mount a defense. Huh.
One would think it would be easier and cheaper to simply check out the products you have for sale before you sell them.
