I never could figure out how Technocash could work in the DGC, even when I personally met with them last December. IMO they are a competitor, albeit one who is limited in scope. What they do have going for them is an excellent method of input into their system - they are linked into the Australian Postal Service and folks can obtain their currency at any Australian P.O.
