New OmniPay Features ******************** (deployment early 2003) We are presently in transition to a feature packed, User based system featuring: - Discounted Exchange Rates - Memorized Payees - Reports of your exchange activity normalized to the currency of your choice The Transition ************** (now through early 2003) Our new system will require e-mail, postal and e-gold account validation as a prerequisite to access our full complement of exchange services. e-mail and e-gold validations take only seconds to minutes to accomplish; however, postal validations move only as fast as the mail. Thus, to avoid service interruptions to our valued customers, we are delaying full deployment of our new application to allow you ample time to: - Create your OmniPay User (2 minutes) - Validate your e-mail address (2 minutes) - Validate your e-gold account(s) (30 seconds per account) - Validate your postal address (your guess is as good as ours :) Validation Details ****************** ~~ e-mail validation (already in effect): Your e-mail address is your OmniPay User name, and is used to communicate with you regarding your exchanges. ~~ e-gold account validation (already in effect): OmniPay requires that you prove control of e-gold accounts you use for InExchange to help us prevent fraud and eliminate fulfillment errors based on incorrect instructions from you. ~~ Postal mail validation (grace period through end of transitional phase): OmniPay will require that you validate your postal address as a matter of routine due diligence. Access to our exchange services will be limited until postal validation has been completed. In particular, InExchange will not be available until you have validated your postal adddress. Validation and Lost Passphrase resets ************************************* For your security, our requirements for resetting a lost passphrase are very stringent: You must pay a small fee via a validated e-gold account and prove that you control both the e-mail and postal mailing address in your User Profile. These requirements are already in effect; therefore, please be sure to keep your User Profile information current at all times! Validation and Loyalty Discounts ******************************** At the conclusion of the transitional phase, we will offer exchange rate discounts based in part on your previous exchange history with OmniPay over the past year. Prove that you control the e-gold accounts you have used for OmniPay exchanges and enjoy better rates as a result!
