Cambist.net presently offers manual exchanges among the major digital gold currencies. We are also working on implementing our Cambist automated exchange service, though the last I heard it was going to be a while before we integrated the new e-Bullion interface to our automated system. I believe we have been charging 1% on manual exchanges from currency to currency, though it is entirely John Kyle's bailiwick, so he sets those prices.
