This is one of those questionable operations. Didn't Costagold advertised itself as a gambling game? If so, how could anyone have been defrauded? Don't get me wrong; I can't stand those people who lie and defraud people, but I have no problem with those who are honest and operate in jurisdictions where this type of activity is legal. I don't know where the e-gold went, but I think Omnipay was simply holding the gold for identification, before completing the wire. I could be wrong.
