We agree that a bank wire should arrive within a few days and certainly with
the 5
working days that we say it will take. The problem with some of the recent
wires
is that they have not been dealt with from banks that have Internet access.
We
have found out that in some cases a hard copy of a wire request has to be
sent
to the main head office of the bank for them to check and then action. Not
only
does this system slow things down to a crawl it also means that the sender
cannot check the progress so easily. This sort of system is totally
unacceptable to Evocash and changes had to be made again.
We have now asked X-Changers and CashChange to take care of the majority of
our
banking again. Although we will still use some agents they will not be
allowed
to deal with redeems from customers like yourself and also your associates
who
we value very highly as some of our best account holders.
We would appreciate it if you could bear with us for a few more days for us
to
fully check into your recent redeems and get status reports from these
banks.
