i would be very suspicious of it and not click that

a .scr is essentially a microsoft .exe file with a
different extension (.scr) normally used by screen
saver modules.

yahoo greetings arrive via a URL view.greetings.yahoo.com
and not anything at "angelcities". that being said, Norton
antivirus did not trigger on the particular file, but i'd
still assume it is malicious in intent.
