I can't comment on that one, cause I never did get involved. Was too busy
to recover from damages I had done to myself when ROFLMAO after I first
came across the site.

My argument however has always been that they were a scam but that you
couldn't judge it form the onset just because someone offered 45%.
Actually if memory serves right, it initially was $45% per three months,
then 35% per month and in the end 45% per month.

So if any exchanger would have adhered to the behaviour code of the 'wise'
then there would have been no reason to shun OSgold because OSscam offered
45% per quarter. Not outright at least.

The going argument here however was until recently that
[1] it's been clear from before the creation of the universe that OSgold
was a scam; and
[2] 45% per month is devil's work and unnatural; and
[3] exchangers that satisfied a market demand must have been the devil's
spawns

Slowly positions changed - especially today:
[1] 45% per month is possible but can't be garanteed
[2] exchangers that did it because the market demanded it are oportunists
[3] the whole thing was a scam - for one reason or another

And that, gentlemen, is almost the position I was on when we first started
out.
So, we are almost in agreement in all major points and the rest is
basically a matter of opinon, personal experiences and judgment based on
available data.

So, congratulations everyone, we almost reached consensus here!

Cheers
Robert.
