No answer back from them on what kind of card this is - if it truly is a mastercard. 
The website states all over it that it is a MasterCard, yet one would belive it would 
be a Maestro or Cirrus only. 

The main reason for this is that MasterCard U.S tells everyone whom arrange cards with 
them that no cards may be delivered outside the U.S. So, their website states it is a 
US card, yet they are offering these cards for anyone around the world? 

This would most definately lead into trouble if they were to be found guilty of such 
as e-bullion had similar problems when they literally had to  recall all international 
cards which proved a right royal pain in the butt for all concerned.

Hope they get back to us soon on these questions, and what their signup problem is.
