I am hearing reports this week from large mainstream hosting providers that they are receiving many scam sites and have to ditch the automation and intitiate a strickter screening process.
It seems that this is a recent growth phenomenon of fraud sites trying to find hosts, Maybe they are running out of options and are out looking more so than usual...
