I suspect that perhaps his dose of happy pills
is a bit generous. For instance, a couple of
weeks back he was waxing enthusiastically about
the so-called OSRecovery lawsuit and how well it
was going and that he had been having fruitful
discussions with the attorneys for the
plaintiffs.

I then pointed out, but Graham, you are one of
the targets of the lawsuit. THEY are suing YOU.
He seemed to fail to be able to distinguish
this. Then he was carrying on about how they
were coming around to realising he wasn't a 'bad
guy' etc. I then asked him if he is still named
as a respondent and haven't heard a response yet
except an off-list query as to whether I was one
of those Krazy Lawyer types because I sound like
one of them.

Perhaps he is borderline manic? No matter, some
of the greatest business geniuses in the history
of the world have been borderline or full-blown
manic personalities. This would certainly seem
to explain some of his theories involving HYIPs.
An dalliance with HYIPs and a manic episode are
not a good thing and potentially ruinous. If I
were to suffer a manic episode, run out and
spend millions of dollars of bad cheques to buy
out Microsoft (for instance), the law will
eventually come to my rescue. However if I
transferred my entire e-gold holdings to a
shonky operator in a bid to buy the British
Crown, I am probably out of luck.

Incidentally, my new auctions (DVDs, CDs and
books) are shaping up and all accept e-gold.
