What determines the listing order of exchange providers at http://www.gold-pages.net/links/Exchange_Providers/ ?
For the few who click for the next page of ten providers, it seems to be somewhat alphabetical, but the first page ranking does not seem to make any sense. Maybe an alphabar or actually sorting by the number of hits or something might be useful.
