Hi v2Gold, Why not just make a proxy purchase? You pay me e-gold, I pay for your hosting with my Visa card. The greater of USD$5 or five percent fee. Done via e-mail. You can PGP-encrypt your e-mail (with the details of the needed purchase) if you wish.
Of course I reserve the right not to transact if the merchant seems to me to be untrustworthy or if their procedures present an unusual security risk to my credit card details.
