The GDCA (Global Digital Currency Association) is an active participant
in the global fight against fraud. Its members frequently participate
with financial institutions and legal authorities in the fight against
Internet and currency crime and on more than one occasion have brought
culprits to justice

Recently, for example, the never-ending onslaught against fraud received
a boost when a member of the GDCA participated in the capture of a Credit
Card thief and scammer.

Graham Kelly, CEO of GoldNow.st, a large currency exchange provider and
active member of the GDCA, recently received a suspect credit card order
for gold. “The order did not pass our standard Due Diligence Process so
we rejected it as fraudulent.” Graham stated today. He went on to point
out that all credit card orders are checked against a standard fraud
check process and it was as a result of this check and cooperation with
the local law enforcement agency that a tutor of a University was
recently apprehended for credit card fraud.

How the process works is, of course, confidential but almost without
exception all fraudulent attempts are captured by the process and very
often result in an arrest by the local law enforcement agency in the
country the fraud is committed.
