I see this function is called from e1000_poll() (NAPI) and e1000_intr*()
(NO NAPI), but e1000_ipdate_itr() is not used iuf adapter is at 100 Mbit.
Does it mean we are not using dynamic throttling in this case? Card can
be flooded with small packets in 100MBit mode too.
Maybe a stupid
question: if ethtool -i show driver "-NAPI" does it mean driver works in
NAPI mode ? Is interrupt throttling available in this mode?
