Felipe,

Could you provide the following information (sorry if this was asked before, I 
did not see it in the mail thread you provided):

lspci -vvv
ethtool -d/-e/-S 

If this is an issue that you can reproduce relatively quickly it may be worth 
to try and bisect it, although this can be a time consuming process.
