Join the club! This is a known bug/regression, and there's still not 
solution in sight.

Disable runtime PM on the NIC as a workaround (you can use powertop to do 
so).

It was discussed here last month, see threads with subjects
- e1000e: NIC not working (after resume?)
- e1000e: NIC not working, power management issue?
