The original patch that was in my queue was put on hold while the level of support of PTP in e1000e was re-defined. There is a patch currently in final testing now and will be available in our next release. However, it does not yet have PTP support enabled on 82574. If you need it on 82574 please let us know so we can escalate getting it enabled and thoroughly tested on that device.
