Sorry for the very slow reply. I got the source for 3.19.1 from
sourceforge and I do not see the missing function.

Could you please re-download the latest version of the tarball on
sourceforge (and if possible, verify the checksum?)

The sha256sum and md5sum of this file for me is

Please verify that your file matches these. I believe you somehow have
an incorrect or corrupted download.

The function you mentioned is in the 3.19.1.tar.gz which I have.
