This looks like we’re starting with a hardware issue and you’ll have to submit
the issue through your factory support (whoever you bought the parts from). I’m
just saying this if you want us to look at the design files first.

Also, you’re using unsupported distros and you’ll have to contact them for
help. Even if it was a supported distro, you’d need to submit the issue through
the distro first as they customize their kernels (including the drivers) and
are responsible for their implementation.

Hope that helps.

Hello, and thank you for the response.

I understand and appreciate the problems with posting a question to more than
one place.

In this case, however, @CarlosAM_INTEL refered me to this list, and shown in
the most recent reply in the thread I linked.

Hello, @JohnHentges:

Thanks for your update.

Reviewing the readme file of the cited driver, it is stated that you should
address your consultations of the cited driver to the email address:
e1000-de...@lists.sf.net<mailto:e1000-de...@lists.sf.net>. You can find the
cited document on the following website:

https://downloadmirror.intel.com/15817/eng/readme.txt

Best regards,

@CarlosAM_INTEL.

Were this not the case I would not have cross-posted as I basically have.

The advice is to ask in one place and stick with that. Intel Customer Support
