John, the M4 release was mostly focussed on stability...in preparation for 
Indigo component testing. There *will* be New and Noteworthy things in the 
M5 release...;-).

I didn't receive any N&N entries that were specific to 4.1 this time 
around. I know there is lots of interesting work going on, but maybe 
nothing was in a complete enough state to announce for this milestone... 
Of course 4.1 M4 contains all the functionality of 3.7 M4, so all those 
N&N entries are applicable in the 4.1 stream as well.
