I think I remember that someone got it to work on mipsel equipment with a
GNU/Linux distribution.
At the time, he provided a patch for scripts as we are using bash which
was not available => search in the ML archive (or if someone find it
again...).

I do not know if it worked in the end... your first difficulty may be with
USB support... little endian/big endian problems have been taken care of
in latest versions.

BTW, it would be better to have a look at ueagle-atm that works with
kernel-2.6 (2.6.10 and above) :

Soon, we may be supporting only the ueagle-atm driver so - unless you have
to work with 2.4.x kernel - it would be better to use ueagle-atm rather
than eagle-usb driver.
