not yet ;-) We may name it eagle-usb-2.3/ to put all 2.3.x version, so that automatic tools can fetch it (truncate latest number from VERSION), or maybe we could introduce a link eagle-usb-LATEST/eagle-usb-LATEST.tar.bz2 ?
