I get that with both 2.4.29 and 2.4.30 (and even 2.6.10). >> I'm very much open to ideas -- 5 kB/s is really slow when you've > > It resembles a problem with OPTN1 and Free dégroupé in versions before > eagle-usb-2.2.0... > either take version 2.3.1 which uses latest BNM files by ADI + CMV > automatically used > http://dev.eagle-usb.org/wakka.php?wiki=EagleUsb230 > or comment the line with OPTN1 in /etc/eagle-usb/eagle-usb.conf I first tried that and it didn't work, but then I thought the modem could somehow remember a previously set option (commenting the option doesn't reset the value, does it?). So I did as much of a cold start as I could (unplugged both line and USB), and rebooted -- Yay! It works! I'm still confused as to how it could have worked before, but I'm not touching anything anymore :-) I'll calmy wait for MCO and/or Migus to upload 2.3.1 now, and refrain from doing any further kernel updates :-) Thanks a lot!
