I don't have any script to test this (if the question was oriented to me...). As you may do with azureus when downloading Mdk isos ? Well, my obversations come from bittorent. Even though my upload rate is near 65 Ko/s, I prefer defining my maximum upload rate to 30-35 Ko/s. PS: I'm loosing my english, sorry!
