I can't find xmlto on Mdk cooker! You can check available packages here:
ftp://ftp.lip6.fr/pub/linux/distributions/Mandrakelinux/devel/cooker/i586/media/main/
Arg... it is only in contrib!!! I don't know why but it means we can't use
this on Mandrakelinux!
