Because we do not actually use the optn like the windows driver, it may have unknow effect how the modem behave with the line. The easiest answer is to try with windows driver to look if it behave better. If standard windows driver behave better : - copy the actually unused eagle-usb/Driver/user/CMVep.txt to "Program Files"\SAGEM\SAGEM [EMAIL PROTECTED] 800-840\Drivers\cmvep.txt, - reboot and try again and we will know if only optn make the difference, if the modem behavior depend of cmv values.
