It's work for me (kernel 2.4.27 sagem 800 or eagle3), new dsp_code.
I had still once
eu_decode_msg: Invalid preamble in message
last message repeated 935 times
but can't reproduce

I have tried to use CMV (Linetype=10 in eagle-usb) from Linux version 2.032
but nothing particular happen at the first time.
Why prefer an option to configure at compile time instead of the capability
to switch during use with Linetype=10 or something less cryptic?

Those CMV from Linux version 2.032 are identical to Win2.0.31 except mask 8
is commented out. So I suppose the Linux driver support all but mask 8
options.
By experience I found that CMV should be /etc/eagle-usb even I point to a
different place for the eagle-usb.conf file
(/var/ipcop/eagle-usb/eagle-usb.conf)

Modem is operational

Booting the modem is not very actually reliable.
Sometime it fail and it look the communication is dead between the modem and
the driver.
ADSL light is off and never blink.
Setting eaglectrl -x 0xFF does not show more messages.
I try to plug another modem and it was seen by the system so usb was not
dead
I try too with another Fast800
I arrive to point where
eaglectrl -d -o/var/ipcop/eagle-usb/eagle-usb.conf -x 0xFF does nothing. A
bit latter for the same command, I receive 'Unable to send ioctl to driver:
Function not implemented'.
Unload the driver and reseting usb does not help, so reboot cure the
problem.
