I have code folding outlines turned off. Now, when I open a file, the import statements are folded away, which is quite annoying IMO. However, what makes me (cross-)post this as a bug is the fact that I have to invoke "expand all" twice to get the imports expanded as well.
Of course, I dont want them folded away in the first place. Please let me look at my code the way I want to.
