Hi Stefan, Yes, we are going to address these issues. One thing that is already working is that you can set up a different path to the "system" directory. This is configured with the "idea.system.path" property. You can use the VM parameter "-Didea.system.path" to configure the "system" directory location. We'll update idea.sh accordingly.
