This used to work... I do a refactor. For example, change method signature. If some files are locked, IDEA displays a message window with the locked/unlocked files. I used to be able to click on the lnie that summarizes the list and select VSS checkout to checkout the files in the list. However, now, IDEA checks out all the files in the various packages listed.
