When you have CVS turned on and you want to rename an element of a read-only file the order in which the dialogs are showed is wrong: 1) Alert: Refactoring cannot be done because of the file is read-only 2) Question: Do you want to "edit the file" Of course the rename has been cancelled and even if you "Edit" the file you have to redo your rename again.
