when i try to validate the following: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?> <xs:schema xmlns:xs="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema";> </xs:schema>
I get the the following error: Error: line (1) The processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allowed. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong..
