Win2k sp2, jdk1.4.0_01, idea #636. For methods with more than a few parameters, the popup is shown partly off screen (the right part of the popup is invisible).
This is very annoying and makes parameter popup unusable when it's most needed: the method has a long parameter list. This has been here since #632 - the first 1.4 version.
